Shared Payment on Structured Settlements

With this plan, an individual sells a portion of their future payment(s) at a discounted present value and keeps a portion. For instance, an individual can sell half of a $10,000 future payment, receive cash for that and still receive the other half ($5,000) when the payment is due.
