Answer:

We need a Court stamped Order and other documents filed with the court in office. We need the order to be non-appealable.

The time frame is between 7 to 10 days from approval. We usually fund within two to three days. However, the 7 to 10 days gives us time to address all the potential issues.

Sometimes money is held up due to last minute issues like leins, child support, bank wiring issues, etc. We do everything we can do address all potential issues before they come up.
