PROCESSING ~VS~ STRUCTURED SALES

solutions

Both of these departments have the same common GOAL in mind, to help the customer get what they need. The Structured Sales department obtains the needed information, and the Processing department will make sure the transaction is completed. The job they do to assure the customer is funded reminds me of the Olympic Torch. To symbolize and promote the Olympics a torch is carried and passed off to another person, until the last person then ignites the Olympic torch.

Together the structured and processing departments choose the best path for the customer. I’m on the outside looking in; I do not work in either department. However from the outside, I am able to see and hear the great work effort that is done with the customer’s best interest in mind. I know first hand from working on the switch board and speaking with some of their customers that every PPI employee does the very best for our customers on their structured settlement and annuity files.

Is it a tough job? Sometimes yes, but they do it with knowledge, patience, accuracy, and grace, like Miss America in high heels.

Processing and Structured Sales are eager to bring a smile to the face of every customer, making customer service the main objective at the beginning through the end of each day.
