Question from a customer:
If you get all the medical questions, letters from the attorney stating what the case is about, how much time from then will you have an answer? How do you determine liability and how much a case is worth?

You should have an answer within 7-10 days of our receipt of the information from your attorney.

We determine liability and case worth based on our evaluation of the case as well as the view of your attorney. There are many different aspects that decide our limitations and they vary case by case. It is somewhat of a judgement call.
