You Need to Talk More
I prefer my iced coffee to be large, with 2 Equal and extra cream. Unfortunately, every time I go to the drive-thru of a certain fast-food chain, order it and drive off … upon taking that first sip … the joy and anticipation of getting what I ordered pretty much dwindles.
&%$@*!! My large iced coffee is not even remotely close to what I ordered!
I know, I know … you are wondering why on earth I’m blogging about iced coffee right? How on this wide-green earth does this relate to your structured settlement? Is this girl out of her mind?
Slightly, I mean - no!
There is a point to this: COMMUNICATION.
Communication is key in every aspect of our lives, from ordering an iced coffee, receiving that order, following through with that order … Ok; I’m back onto my iced coffee again. Maybe I should lay off the caffeine?
What I’m getting to is this: When communication is valued and used as a tool, there are typically favorable results. Without communication there are either unfavorable results or often times no results.
How does this relate to you? In all stages of a transaction with PPI you will find that we do our best to remain in constant communication with you. Sometimes we will even request that you assist us by communicating with your insurance company or the attorney that represented you during your settlement proceedings. We do this because at times insurance companies are not as responsive to us (the factoring company) as they are to you (the annuitant). By asking you to call, it may appear that we are “passing the buck” but what we’re really doing is getting you involved because we know that method of communication will have the best results.
So remember, I like my iced coffee large with 2 Equal and extra cream …
