Does your company do lottery payouts thru partners financial?

Our Answer:

Not sure who Partners Financial is? Is that a scam letter that says you won something? Plenty of those out there.

Or is that a lottery funder or broker? For example, we are lottery funders. We buy future lottery payments in exchange for a lump sum of cash now.
