Sell My Annuity
I have an annuity that pays $300 per month for 13 years. How can I sell it for cash?
A lot of answers to this question, but the only one I know of that is legal and does not have a tax penalty is via a 3rd party court ordered factoring transaction.
A company like ours makes you an offer, you accept, judge approves, insurance company acknowledges, you get the cash.
$300 over 13 years is not gonna be pretty. It’s a small amount, and the further in the future you get, the less each dollar is worth.
I suggest you do not sell more that 5-7 years of payments to get the best value per dollar.
