Where are we located?

Your Question:
do you have a po. box276 gorman, tx 76454?

Our Answer: Nope

Our address is
1015 10th st
Lake Park, FL 33403

We used to have offices in a few states but we consolidated into one national branch.

You might find our name associated to other addresses for the following reasons:
A website or letter is illegally using our name and there is some other address associated. This happens to us often. because we dominate the web, we become a target. There is a letter going around right now. We’ve had a few hundred calls about it. Using our name and logo, the letter states the recipient has won some amount like $750k and there is is a check for $2479 or something. IT”S A SCAM. 99.9% of all letters you get in the mail or in email are scams!

How Long must we wait!?!

Your Question:
How long does it normally take from start to finish to receive funds…we need yesterday…

Our Answer:

It takes a while. A presettlement advance can take a few weeks. An advance on your settlement that is being paiod by an insurance company will take 2 months. A court order is required, plus set waiting periods based on the state statutes. In cases of dire need, a judge may accelerate the court date.

There may be some money available quickly depending on the characteristics of the case. The best person to ask is Greg Hall. 800-938-6400 ext 5536.

Borrow Loan and Repay

Your Question:
I am getting a settlement soon from a car wreck, can I borrow $ from you and pay it back when I get it? And pay payments till I get it?

Our Answer:

Sort of. In a presettlement, we give you money prior to your settlement, and we get paid when the case finally settles. You don’t need to make any payments. If the case has settled, and you are just waiting for the money… It shouldn’t take more than a month to get it, so it is generally your best interest (assuming your are not in dire financial straits) to wait it out.

If your case has settled, and you are waiting for the payments to come in from the insurance company, then that will need to be done via a court order. And like a pre-settlement, you don’t make any payments. You get money up front, and we get paid when the payment comes due.

Settlements and Taxes

Your Question:
Would an insurance settlement be subject to income tax?

Our Answer:
That depends upon how it was settled, but if the case settled under the Structured Settlement laws of 104(a)2, the answer is most probably no.

An Advance on My Settlement

Your Question:
I need only $5000. of my settlement now. I know I will be getting much more money in my settlement when it is finalized soon. Is this possible?

Our Answer:
Probably. You are in the process of settling if I read your question correctly. We can help with a presettlement advance. It is a different service than our factoring services (cashing in future payments after a structured settlement).

The process takes about 3 weeks assuming good communication with your attorney is established.
But if you expect to get your money in a month from the settlement, it may not make sense to get an advance. Call in (800) 509-0685 or email ( info@ppicash.com ), answer some questions, and we’ll get the ball rolling on your advance.
