The wait varies by state but approx. (2) days to get disclosure (3-10) days to get the transfer agreement. (30-60 days) for a completed court order and acknowledgment by the insurance company. (1) day to get your money. Time frame averages between 5 weeks and 3 months.

Lottery clients 1-2 months to complete transfer (Advances are available within 3 days)
