I have really bad credit. Does that mean I can’t get an advance on my settlement?

Your credit score isn’t an issue. Here are some things that might be:

significant tax leins
unpaid child support

While you can still get an advance, the monies you recieve must first go to the taxes and owed child support.

Bad credit is usually an indication that your finances have become a burden and that is a good reason to get an advance on your future payments.
