Can’t, Don’t, Won’t

Let’s have a little fun today and see if I can take 3 negative words and use them to show you the positive side of Prosperity Partners Inc. For starters, how many times have you called a company or they call you and can’t seems to be the theme of the conversation? Either they can’t tell you, can’t help you, or can’t speak clearly enough for you to know if you even dialed the right number. Well, that won’t happen with us. Trust me when I say there are more than enough caring people in this company that can tell you, help you and will speak clearly enough to let you know we are here to help you take a step in the right direction.

boyThe don’ts. I know it kind of sounds like I am about to trash a Dr. Seuss book. I don’t love to hear someone say “I don’t know.” You should never hear that coming from a professional company. Yes I know there may be a person in training or someone who works in a different department that is unclear as to how your question should be answered. They just need to use a word other than don’t. How about this, “I know just the person that can answer your question better than I.”

Last but not least, won’t. Often you hear this word in a sentence like, “I won’t be able to….” Red Alert! A promise is about to be broken! They gave you an answer as to when something would be accomplished and they won’t follow through. Therefore, “I won’t be able to make that happen today.”

Negative words can have negative effects in all aspects of a business. That is why you will hear “can”, “do”, and “will” from Prosperity Partners.
